For more than 40 years, Perth based luxury builder Webb & Brown-Neaves began as a family business over 40 years ago. Today they are still a family owned and run business and their values of passion, pride and grit guide them in all that they do. WB’s commitment to enduring craftsmanship and timeless style means they are able to build beautiful luxury homes tailored to your lifestyle.
This luxury home in Marmion, Western Australia, demonstrates the best of luxury living. A standout highlight of the home is the luxurious Easy Living Advantage Lift.
According to Webb & Brown-Neaves Designer Damien Dickerson, the build was inspired by its Marmion location, the potential of the site. “Located 600m from the coastline, the site offers uninterrupted views of the ocean due west, through to Hillarys Boat Harbour to the north-west,” he said. “We drew on the beach and ocean to create a home that suits the location, but also provides something a bit different that will stand out.” Mr Dickerson described the residence as striking and modern, encouraging a seamlessness between the occupant, the outdoors and the ocean through a constant visual connection.
Upon entry, attention is immediately drawn to the resort-style pool and the large two-storey glass window void which frames the stairs, flowing through to the elevator which transports passengers and shopping to the upper-floor kitchen and open-plan living spaces, where you are hit with the striking views out to the ocean.
Befitting its location, a warm neutral colour palette was adopted throughout the lift car interior, featuring polished stainless steel effect walls, a full height smoked mirror, mirrored stainless steel ceiling with LED strip lighting and timber flooring. The glass panoramic swing style doors with anodised aluminium door frames and milky white glass, plays an important role, ensuring the lift integrates architecturally within every level of the home and at the same time allowing as much natural light as possible into the elevator.
