First Place Victory: “Vacation Vibes” with the Advantage V2 Lift
We took first place in the Elevator/Lifts (Private Residence) category with our “Vacation Vibes” project, featuring the world-class premium Advantage V2 lift. This stunning installation transforms a modern home into a luxurious getaway, enhancing the holiday feel with seamless accessibility across all levels. Positioned in the heart of the residence, the Advantage V2 lift not only offers functional accessibility but also elevates the home’s aesthetic with breathtaking water views.
The lift’s design is a perfect blend of luxury and sophistication, featuring a full-height mirror on the rear wall, Italian skinplate walls in a polished stainless steel effect, four chic downlights, and Italian PVC silver concrete flooring. A panoramic aluminium door with milky white glass completes this luxurious setup, setting a new benchmark for private residence elevators that combine functionality with opulent design.

Third Place Winner: Speed and Style with the AVANTI Lift
Our AVANTI lift came third place in the Elevator/Lifts (Private Residence) category, celebrated for its remarkable speed and stylish design. The AVANTI lift, runs at a speed of up to one meter per second, three times faster than standard home elevators (at 0.3m/sec) redefines home accessibility. Its brushed stainless steel finish, combined with a transparent rear wall, reveals a lift shaft with an elegant marble finish in dark grey and white grains. This design complements the natural sandstone in the hallway and a timber ceiling, creating a harmonious and contemporary space.
Honorable Mention: The “Centrepiece Lift” – A Masterpiece of Architectural Design
We also received an Honorable Mention for our “Centrepiece Lift” project, a stunning example of high-end architectural design featuring a self-supporting glass tower. This lift serves as a striking centerpiece, providing panoramic views and natural light across four levels of the home, enhancing the sense of space and openness. The Easy Living Advantage Lift, enclosed in this glass tower, offers passengers picturesque views and integrates natural light into the living spaces, blending functionality with exceptional design.

This unique installation features transparent glass sliding doors framed in brushed stainless steel, offering a clear view of the lift’s advanced hydraulic mechanics within a beautifully tiled shaft. Finally, we were thrilled to receive third place in the Illustration category with “Pat’s Positive Vibes: Thumbs Up From Our Mascot.” This illustration honours our mascot, Pat, who represents the positive spirit and commitment of Easy Living Home Elevators. Named after our first employee, Pat Chisholm, who continues to be a vital part of our team, this mascot reflects our company’s values and dedication to our customers.
