Additionally, the app provides easy access to essential documentation such as builder’s guides, drawings, and invoices, ensuring that you have all the information you need at your fingertips.
You will gain access to the MyElevator App once you’ve placed your order, which includes the initial payment and the acceptance of the signed contract. After this step, you’ll receive a welcome email containing detailed instructions on how to access the app. Simply follow the provided prompts to download the app and start benefiting from its features and functionalities.
To install the MyElevator App on your smartphone, use the following links when you are connected to wifi:
You don’t need the latest model smartphone to use our app but it will help if your software updates are up to date and you have checked that you have enough phone storage before you download the app. Smartphone compatibility information and file sizes are shown in the app stores. 
(Go to Settings > General to see information about software updates and storage.) 
Once you have downloaded the MyElevator app to your device.
1. Open the app from your home screen.
2. Use your email address as the username. Usually, the person who purchased the elevator and is making payments will have access.
3. Enter the one-time password sent to your email.
4. Set a password with at least 8 characters, including capital letters and numbers.
5. Click the “sign in” button to log in.
For Sign in error
Please check your email and password are correct. You can reset your password at the sign in screen by clicking “Reset  Password”.

If you experience problems downloading or using the app, please check that you have followed all the instructions provided to you.
