I am writing to say how pleased we were with the services provided by your two technicians who came to service the lift.

Suresh Sukumaram arrived at our property on Monday and undertook a complete service of the lift and then located it at the top floor of the shaft to enable me to paint the shaft walls, which had become discoloured.

On the Friday Matthew Brown arrived at by which time the paint was finished and dry. He then returned the lift to be fully operational.

We were delighted with their promptness, and the most efficient manner in which they both carried out their duties.
