2 weeks ago the Easy Living Home Elevators office in Perth were contacted by an extremely distressed Michael Ogilby from Master Built Constructions, one of many affected by the Lift Gallery liquidation.
Michael stated that he had a lift on site and it needed to be installed before the 18th of April otherwise he would face extreme financial penalties from his customer.
Michael was reassured that he had come to the right place – Service is one of our core values and so we will always go the extra mile for our customers. Our industry leading team have placed almost 6,000 elevators in service across the nation with over 650 throughout Western Australia and over 1.8 million installation hours under their belt. We knew we could install the lift on time and make all parties happy. With a record like this Michael had ultimate peace of mind on our service, knowing that so many Australians have entrusted us with their elevators.
Western Australia’s installation supervisor Richard Ribeiro accepted the challenge and studied the instruction manual of The Lift Gallery product which he had never seen before. With the assistance of his right wing man Daniel Dunne, our 14 years in business shone through our experienced team of installers. Resulting in a successful outcome for all by the required deadline, to the highest quality standards and most important of all “happy customers”
The Stables Bar, on Hay Street, Perth could now open in time with over 200 customers and media profiles expected to attend the opening event in a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, which has been designed to give customers the opportunity to enjoy an inviting casual meeting, eating and socialising venue.
Job well done by all involved! Michael Ogilby is rapped and couldn’t speak highly enough about Easy Living.
