On ANZAC Day in 1929, former members of the Australian Flying Corps, decided to maintain their comradeship and recreate the spirit of solidarity and values they experienced as members of the AFC by establishing an AFC Association which came to Perth, Western Australia in May 1929.
The Australian Flying Corp evolved into the Royal Australian Air Force Association, which supports Australian Aviation ex-servicemen and women.
The RAAFA Bull Creek Estate, Perth covers an area of 11 hectares and includes 237 self-contained independent living units in one and two bedroom configurations – (upstairs & downstairs), 40 apartments in Orion Terraces, 66 apartments in Mirage Terraces and a 60 bed Aged Care Facility.

Michelle, representing RAAFA contacted Easy Living Home Elevators. Her mission was to create the “ultimate retirement lifestyle in the heart of Bull Creek” She wanted to increase the quality of life, independence and mobility for all residents, ensuring they enjoy life within their capabilities and that help to keep them active both mentally and physically resulting in happy communities.

Safety features include full height light ray car safety protection system to car door openings, for total passenger protection through the lift doorway, emergency lighting, emergency alarm button, over speed sensing safety gear, electrical and mechanical interlocks.
