1. The Easy Living Home Elevators “Choose Your Christmas Gift” promotion is valid for all qualifying orders placed from 9am 21st November 2023 until the close of business 5pm on 21st December 2023.
Eligibility:
2. The offer is applicable only to qualifying new orders received during the specified promotion period and does not apply to prior customer orders.
3. To claim the offer, customers must mention “Christmas Gift” at the time of placing the order.

Claiming Your Prize:
5. To claim the chosen gift, customers must mention their selection at the time of placing the order.
6. The chosen gift is subject to availability, and Easy Living Home Elevators reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Delivery:
7. Easy Living Home Elevators will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, delivery times may vary according to stock availability and deliveries.
Payment Terms:
8. New customer orders placed during this offer must have deposit paid in full (10% of the contract value) and signed acceptance of the tender by close of business 21st December 2023.
9. The customer must maintain their account within agreed payment terms; otherwise, the offer will be deemed null and void.
General Conditions:
10. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
11. Only ONE (1) gift per customer/project.
12. The offer is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other benefits in-kind.
13. Applies to elevators delivered by 31st December 2024.
14. Easy Living Home Elevators may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15. This is our entire agreement with respect to our offer and you agree to these terms by entering the offer.
