Our installations are continuing at full pace, we are maintaining contact with our suppliers with our lifts arriving into the country within the usual delivery times.
WE ARE CLASSED AS AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE
The classification of the lift industry as an “essential service” means that if or when a shutdown/lockdown occurs we will still be able to operate.

IGV FACTORY IS IN FULL OPERATION
Covering an impressive 22,000sqm IGV is well stocked to continue working and goods are shipped every day whilst other factories remain closed.
Sales support, technical support, quality and spare parts departments are in full operation and in full compliance with COVID-19 Italian government guidelines.
Cleaning and sanitising of company spaces and workstations are carried out daily.

AN UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELIVERIES
All shipping containers are fumigated and latest research suggests the COVID-19 virus can last up to 3 days on surfaces, material dependant, our containers take approx 6 weeks to arrive into Australian ports.

WE ARE STILL DELIVERING LOCALLY
Our drivers will wear PPE upon delivery and practice physical distancing of 1 person per 4sqm during deliveries.

Our warehouses across Australia are well stocked with 6000+ spare parts with a total value of over $130,000. Overnight deliveries available to meet all demands with confidence.
