At Easy Living Home Elevators, we are here to help keep people and essential services moving during these challenging times. We’ve made the necessary adjustments to ensure your elevator can be serviced in a sanitised, zero-contact environment for ultimate peace of mind.

WE ARE CLASSED AS AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE
The classification of the lift industry as an “essential service” means that if or when a shutdown/lockdown occurs we will still be able to operate.

Along with the other essential services operating at this critical time, we’re proud to be servicing Australians.

 

SAFETY AND WELL BEING ACTIONS
Here’s an overview of some of the measures we have in place right now to protect our people, our clients and the community.

These practices include:

  • Maintaining social distancing (at least 1.5 metres) when attending
  • More questions asked over the phone and prior to entering your home or premise.
  • All technicians to monitor their body temperatures daily
  • All our technicians have access to Personal Protective Equipment
  • Availability of hand sanitisers in all maintenance vehicles
  • Sanitisers applied prior to entry into customers homes
  • Face masks to be worn if requested by customer
  • Disposable gloves to be worn on site
  • Disposable foot socks worn upon entry into homes
  • Wipe down of surfaces upon completion
  • All items disposed of appropriately
  • Contactless payment
  • All employees are directed to stay home if they have symptoms of illness and self-quarantine after suspected or possible exposure.

 

A FEW THINGS WE ARE ASKING FROM YOU

Please don’t be offended if we keep at least that 1.5m distance, or if we ask more questions over the phone and prior to entering your premise.

Our questions to you, prior to attending site include:
Are there any persons at the property that have been diagnosed with the Covid-19?
Are there any persons at the property that have arrived from overseas in the last 14 days?
Are there any persons at the property that are in isolation?
Are there any persons at the property that are unwell and could potentially have Covid-19 symptoms (difficulty breathing, coughing, cold like symptoms)?
Are there any persons at the property that have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19?
Can we maintain 1.5m distance?
