Architects and Interior Designers, ‘Bayview Design Group’, along with award-winning builder, ‘Matrix Additions’, worked hand in hand with the owners to create four levels of superbly finished interiors featuring an Advantage V2 elevator in an enclosed self supporting glass tower servicing all 4 levels of the home. A clean visual high end architectural design is achieved, providing views, natural light and a sense of spaciousness.

Luxury products high on the agenda
The award winning “Master Builders Association in housing excellence” dwelling includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal lounge with wet bar, 1000-bottle wine cellar, gym and theatre room. There is approximately 600sqm of internal light-filled living area that promotes a seamless design, with good flow from indoor to out.
