Designed by Sunland Design, in association with SJB Architects, 95 Cammeray Road was judged Best Apartment Under 10 Storeys and Apartment Project of the Year, at the New South Wales HIA Awards.
The project comprises two residences with a design signature that reflects the location, and an outlook that captures the imagination. Envisaged as a single pavilion in the park, the dwellings offer spectacular outlooks to the north, east and west.

Luxurious edge
With an exterior comprised of copper, stone and timber, the dwellings will age gracefully. However, the quality of design is most obvious on the inside.
Enter through the copper-clad front door and you are greeted with a panelled lobby featuring a premium elevator from the world class Easy Living range, creating a sense of luxury.
Premium mirrored stainless steel sliding doors give the elevator a luxurious edge, whilst also providing open fluidity and reflective light, creating a sense of larger space. The interior finishes of the lift are finished off with mirrored stainless steel, black profiles and a granite white floor to tie in with Sunland’s concept look, of elegance and refinement, yet liveable.
