The Advantage V2 lift provides easy access over four levels, allowing the configuration of this home to maximise views, light and open-plan living areas. This beach house exudes relaxed luxury one expects in a home of this calibre.

This beachside home showcases Australia’s iconic ‘Advantage V2 Lift’ featuring a glass back wall. Passengers enjoy a spectacular ocean backdrop, embracing nothing but blue sky and ocean when travelling from floor to floor, and making the most of what the stunning natural surroundings has to offer.
The panoramic glass swing door to all levels, enhances the space and adds plenty of natural light and warmth throughout the beachside home.

The choice of Italian designer lift finishes are delicate and subtle; a mirrored ceiling, stainless steel walls, white granite flooring and the clear glass door were chosen carefully to unify all elements throughout the home.
The lift shaft is surrounded by a contrasting palette of crisp white walls, sandstone wall features and dark mahogany floor boards. While the surrounding area is decorated with a stunning array of Hamptons inspired furnishings to tie in with the natural surroundings, creating a relaxed and refined, laid-lack and luxurious feel.
