Builders, Braco Developments immediately recognised the advantage of installing a home elevator, knowing it would improve the value of the property. They also knew that as one of Australia’s leading residential lift companies, Easy Living Home Elevators would offer the experienced, professional team what they required and provide first class service with a personal touch. The result was a project that ran smoothly and according to plan.
Situated on a corner block and boasting spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, including the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Braco Developments’ wanted to create a home that was sure to become the talk of the town. On the main level, we find multiple living and dining areas, a bright, spacious kitchen featuring soft-closing polyurethane draws and luxurious Calacatta marble benchtops that harmonise perfectly with up-to-the-minute Gaggenau appliances.
Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, three of which have their own ensuite and huge built-in robes. The ensuites feature elegant floor-to-ceiling Statutario marble as well as steam showers, while in the master bedroom you can soak in a luxurious Sok bath while taking in the magnificent harbour views.
