STAIR DESIGN:  In order to commence manufacture of the rails, Easy Living Home Elevators need to measure the stairs on site or approved survey by client.

SUPPORT WALL:  Client to ensure the wall directly adjacent to the stairwell and stairs are sufficient to withstand the loads imposed by the stairway lift.

POWER REQUIREMENTS:  240 Volt single phase supply + neutral + earth is required to be provided at the bottom/top of the stairway to meet the guide rail. Final location to be confirmed upon placement of order.
- lift supply cabling by electrical contractor
- Wiring to comply with AS3000 requirements.

STORAGE AREA:  Provide dry, clean and safe storage of the lift equipment on site. The location of the storage area shall be agreed with Easy Living Home Elevators and be close to the lift shaft and machine room.

STORAGE:  Should the site not be ready for the installation works to commence upon equipment arrival, storage costs will apply.

BINS:  Bins to be supplied for rubbish removal.
