AS1735 part 16. 

Description:
Easy Living "SuperDomus Lift Elevator available as a required accessibility lift in commercial applications, capable of carrying a wheelchair and carer. Meets or exceeds the requirements of
the Australian Lift code AS1735.16.
 
Capacity and Speed:
The SuperDomus Lift has a full 500kg lifting capacity.
Speed of 0.30m/s (maximum) with automatic lift car and landing doors.
 
Floors Served and Travel:
SuperDomus Lift can service up to 6 floors with a travel distance of up
to 12m. This dimension is critical to +/- 25mm.
 
Stops and Openings:
Front/single entry and thru car configurations.
 
Machine Room Location:
The control and pump system can be located at either floor served in a cabinet supplied by Easy Living Home Elevators. The cabinet must be located to the side or rear of the shaft. Note-Cabinet is not fire rated. Additional fire separation may be required. The size of the control cabinet is 950W x 450D x 1850D mm.
 
Operation:
Roped oil-hydraulic.
 
Power:
3 phase 35A/phase + neutral + Earth
 
Control:
Automatic buttons with automatic sliding car door and landing doors. 
Under AS1735 part 16 - commercial applications - brail buttons are provided along with a handrail and hands free phone.
 
Doors:
Automatic sliding centre parting or side parting doors finished in stainless steel.
Doors can be powder coated to a RAL** colour or Panoramic with frame and glass.
**Note: we have over 230 RAL colours available within our standard range.
Panoramic not available if fire rating required.
 
Internal Car Finishes:
Car finishes are selected from the standard colour options. Refer to brochure.

Car Control Features:
One Easy Living Home Elevators button panel with buttons centrally located on one sidewall.
In the event of power failure, the lift will lower to the lowest floor to allow passengers to exit. This automatic emergency lowering feature is standard. The lift car lighting automatically switches off when the lift is not in use.
 
Passenger Protection:
Full height Non-touch infra-red doorway beams.
 
Landing Buttons:
One standard call button per floor with key switch.

Warranty:
