Domus XL Tower Specifications.

An Easy Living Home Elevators tower structure has been “Designed to Impress.”
From a design point of view, Easy Living Home Elevators are a hit with architects and builders as the Lift tower is very easily incorporated into existing and new projects. All of our lift tower structures can be assembled through landing entrance doors which means we don’t need to crane in from the top of the building. No hold ups waiting for the lift to arrive, no street blockages and no crane hire costs which can run into thousands of dollars.

Domus XL Lift, structure is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
 
Structure Material: 
The actual shaft walls take up significantly less floor space meaning no wasted space as compared to the masonry alternative. For instance each wall of an aluminum tower frame is only 55mm thick and a steel tower frame is only 50mm thick. (An average masonry wall is approximately 190mm thick on each side)
 
Frame: 
Anodized Aluminium or steel tower frame, which can be primed or RAL powder coated with over 200 RAL colours available within the standard range.
 
Panels:
Panels are available in a wide variety of materials, with steel and glass being the most popular choice.
Steel panels can be primed or RAL coated with over 200 RAL colours available.
Glass panels on all external faces are laminated safety glass in a wide range of colours and tints. E.g. smoked, milky white, bronze and panoramic. Please note: Glass is not available if fire rating is required.

Fixings: 
The structure is fixed to the building at the pit floor, each landing entrance and at the top of the shaft tower.  The structure proposed is of standard design. It is suitable to support the lift only and cannot be used as a structural member for the surrounding building.
 
External Tower Dimensions:

Building Requirements: 
Low pit depth, headroom and minimal footprint dimensions mean no wasted space.          

Pit Depth : 130 mm     
Head Room : 2500 mm minimum.
